CRUCIBLE FURNACES

"DEEP-TH" type Stationary/Tilting Furnace:
- Octagonal shaped structure of heavy plates duly reinforced and lined with high grade refractory material.
- Elements can be replaced easily without involving furnace downtime.
- Freely radiating heating elements ensures lower power consumption and longer working life than coil type elements (approx. 1.5 – 2 times).
- Step-down transformers / Thyristorised control eliminated, resulting no transformer losses and furnace cost is reduced by simple controls.
- SS Sheathing to protect the elements from coming in direct contact with molten metal.
- Lower surface load on heating elements ensures longer life.
- Very lower maintenance required in long run.
